Our building is a two-story converted pump factory, that was renovated and fully cabled, with male and female toilets, shower facilities, 2 tea & coffee points, private car park. It has a full alarm and access system and each office is lockable. The building has central heating and all offices are air-conditioned.
During 2012 we created 20 offices to accommodate between 2 and 7 people, and appointed a boardroom with fully integrated audio visual facilities and seating for over 10 people. Tenants have their own designated space in our on-site car park.
We have a 100M/Bit Fibre Connection into the building and we offer secure partitioned managed bandwidth usage up to 20M/Bit or a simple internet connection.
We also offer a full technical IT service with our partner who looks after the IT infrastructure in the building. The building is fully Cat 5 cabled and we have our own secure data room to house each company’s appropriate IT equipment. We can offer IP telephony or standard BT lines with least cost routing that each tenant can take advantage of.
We know how expensive and time consuming moving or setting up a new office can be, so we have made the process of moving in as simple and as cost-efficient as possible.
We do not make money from your IT or Telephony.
All of our competitors make money from your telephony and data usage; a feature unique to us, is that we work with you to install your own voice and data circuits – we do not profit from your business in this way.
Our tenants are from multi-national companies who have satellite offices to small businesses employing between one and seven people. We offer a cost-effective solution for small businesses, entrepreneurs, and freelancers. You may currently work from home, in a small leased or serviced office where the overheads/rates are high; maybe you are downsizing your business and want a fixed cost of operation, or you may need to expand, using some or all of the services we offer.
We work with you, not against you, to provide a flexible, cost-effective service.
Our board room can seat up to 12 people comfortably. It is fully networked with a 46” screen that can be used for presentations.
This is available at a small charge to all of our tenants.
